Changelog

What shipped. ReplyIQ this month.

Release notes for ReplyIQ — what changed across auth, the inbox queue, the public marketing surfaces, and the admin toolset. Newest first.

Auto-opt-in new admins into the morning digest
  • New admin users are now enrolled in the daily digest by default, effective after the 2026-07-26 migration.
  • Existing admins keep their current opt-in status; toggling is still a one-click change in the admin settings.
  • Reduces the cold-start lag where new admins miss their first few digests while they discover the toggle.
Monday-only morning digest cron
  • The morning digest cron now runs Mondays only by default, with manual overrides still available in the admin UI.
  • Weekday digests stay reachable on demand so teams can request a one-off send without changing the schedule.
  • Migration 20260726120000_add_admin_digest_opt_in carries the schedule field.
Feedback category field powers weekly grouping
  • Feedback entries now carry a first-class category field that flows into the weekly digest rollup.
  • Admin filtering by category is a toolbar toggle in /admin/feedback.
  • Migration 20260723120000_add_feedback_resolution carried the schema change.
Acknowledgement email on contact-form submission
  • Customers now receive an acknowledgement email the moment their contact-form message is logged.
  • The ack is sent through the existing email proxy so it threads onto any later reply.
  • Submitted messages still land in the admin contact-inquiries queue with the same shape.
Reply status is now a coloured chip in the inbox queue
  • Inbox queue status is now rendered as a coloured chip — pending, sent, held, or escalated.
  • Hold and escalate states inherit the new accent tokens so the queue reads at a glance.
  • Status transitions still drive the existing backend hook into the helpdesk integration.
Contact form collects a subject line
  • The marketing contact form now collects a subject line and surfaces it in the admin inquiry queue.
  • Existing inquiries keep their original payload shape; the subject is appended, not replacing any prior field.
  • Validation rejects submissions without a subject.
Auth 401 surfaces a typed error envelope
  • Unauthenticated /api callers now receive a 401 with a typed error envelope instead of an opaque redirect.
  • Client code can branch on the envelope without parsing HTML login pages.
  • Session checks downstream still gate admin routes through requireAdmin().
Debounced admin feedback search with `?q=`
  • Admin feedback search now debounces by 250 ms and posts the query to ?q= so a page refresh keeps the filter.
  • Empty q clears the parameter rather than leaving it dangling.
  • Shipped on commit 4fe6149.
FAQ marketing page consolidates positioning, data, and integration questions
  • /faq now collects positioning, data-handling, and integration questions into one place with three lane accordions.
  • Each lane is a single hydrated island with collapsible Q/A rows.
  • Structured-data is one FAQPage block covering every Q/A across all three lanes.
About marketing page explains the ReplyIQ origin
  • /about now tells the origin and the how-ReplyIQ-is-built story at the bottom of the public funnel.
  • Three sections cover the brand story, the origin, and the build principles; closing CTA points to /pricing.
  • Same chrome as /pricing, /integrations, and /faq so the public marketing-side surfaces read as one set.
